There are not many people I know today who love their job as much as I do. Caring for and educating the next generation is the most rewarding career I can think of and everyday brings new challenges and new developments. Children today are curious and vivacious little people and engaging them keeps you young and keeps you smiling. I endeavour to provide the most stimulating environment I can for the children and the staff, so that every child has the best start in life. I hope I will always be lucky enough to be surrounded by the best generation there is. - Tasneem Ramji – Owner/Manager

I joined 9 Months as a CCE student in 2001. I have worked with many experienced and qualified staff, from whom I have gained knowledge, confidence and a better understanding of the professional child care environment. After completing my CCE, I started work at 9 Months as a nursery assistant. As a nursery assistant I worked hard to maintain the rules and using my own initiative I upheld the high standards of the nursery. After 6 years working at 9 Months, I have progressed to Team Leader and Head of the baby room. I am a kind and gentle person, who is caring and affectionate towards children, staff and parents alike. I try to establish a better working environment for everyone to create positive relationships. I have undertaken several courses, which enabled me to refresh my knowledge and allow me to work efficiently with the babies and create a loving atmosphere. I have brought up three of my own children which started me on my path of childcare & education. I have just completed my NVQ III which I found stimulating and incredibly motivating. - Sumera Sukhera – Team Leader & Head of Baby Unit
I have recently moved to 9MN after successfully running my own child minding business. It has been a very smooth transition as it really does feel like a home from home for both staff and the children. There is a wonderful friendly atmosphere at 9MN and I feel humbled to be a part of the team. With 26 years of experience caring for children, I knew 9MN would be the perfect place for me to work. - Neena Bhangu -  Early Years Practitioner and Safeguarding Officer
I always knew I wanted to work in the Early Years profession and enjoyed looking after my young cousins since I was a child. I completed my NVQ III as soon as I had the chance and am loving working in the baby room at 9MN. I hope to continue in my career and work towards room leader in the future. I love spending my spare time looking after the family dog. - Becky Gilbert -  Early Years Practitioner

I have been working with children for the past 4 years, mainly in India. I am a graduate in business and maths and have also studied German. I came to the UK in 2015 where I worked and gained experience in several nurseries before coming to 9 Months. When I visited 9 Months I felt so positive. This is the nursery where I have learned so much about children and I am still on that learning curve. I have just completed my level 2 and will be going on to undertake my level 3. I currently work in the Baby room and have recently been given my own key group. I enjoy working with the babies and enjoy helping them during their development for their better future.  I am currently on Maternity Leave and am looking forward to returning in September. - Sonam Talwar – Early Years Practitioner
