There are not many people I know today who love their job as much as I do. Caring for and educating the next generation is the most rewarding career I can think of and everyday brings new challenges and new developments. Children today are curious and vivacious little people and engaging them keeps you young and keeps you smiling. I endeavour to provide the most stimulating environment I can for the children and the staff, so that every child has the best start in life. I hope I will always be lucky enough to be surrounded by the best generation there is. - Tasneem Ramji – Owner/Manager

I have recently moved to 9MN after successfully running my own child minding business. It has been a very smooth transition as it really does feel like a home from home for both staff and the children. There is a wonderful friendly atmosphere at 9MN and I feel humbled to be a part of the team. With 26 years of experience caring for children, I knew 9MN would be the perfect place for me to work. - Neena Bhangu - Early Years Practitioner and Safeguarding Officer

I have almost completed my Level 3 in Childcare and Education. This will be my fifth year working at 9 Months Nursery.  I joined after a career change from hairdressing, as I wanted to work with children. It has been a rewarding experience, being part of a great team and looking after such lovely children. I work in the Older Toddler room and have my own key group. In my spare time I enjoy jogging, shopping and socialising with friends & family. - Joana Pinto - Early Years Practitioner
I Joined 9 Months Nursery in 2017 where I started my journey in the Preschool room, I gained lots of valuable experience of children aged 0 – 4yrs. I gained a lot in confidence and progressed to a new role within the Younger Toddler room. I am also currently the SENCO for the setting and have almost completed my NVQ level three qualification in Childcare and Development. - Rosie Hogg - Early Years Practitioner

Initially undertaking my NVQ 3 whilst working at 9months for 3 years, I took a year’s break to become an NVQ Assessor. I returned to 9 Months as Training coordinator and also trained to be the SENCO for the setting. With time, I have gained valuable experience and skills which have led me to the post of Deputy Manager. I still work in the preschool room and have my own key group as my work and bond with the children is my highest priority. Working with children is my forte and 9months is like my second home. - Neha Dabhi - Deputy Manager & Training Development Officer
I have been working at 9 months for over 4 years and currently work in the Preschool room. I have 12 years’ experience in childcare and have my level 3 in childcare. I have raised 2 children of my own with whom I love spending time. I enjoy going for long walks and travelling. - Adjele Mosaku - Early Years Practitioner
I have been working with children for the past 4 years, mainly in India. I am a graduate in business and maths and have also studied German. I came to the UK in 2015 where I worked and gained experience in several nurseries before coming to 9 Months. When I visited 9 Months I felt so positive. This is the nursery where I have learned so much about children and I am still on that learning curve. I have just completed my level 2 and will be going on to undertake my level 3. I currently work in the Baby room and have recently been given my own key group. I enjoy working with the babies and enjoy helping them during their development for their better future.  I am currently on Maternity Leave and am looking forward to returning in September. - Sonam Talwar – Early Years Practitioner
