All meals, local outdoor trips and disposables are included in the monthly fees.
The only items parents are required to provide are; nappies, formula milk and a toothbrush.
All fees are payable on the 1st of every month in advance by standing order and/or childcare vouchers via electronic payment. Fees are the same every month regardless of holidays (including public holidays) or sickness absence.
At 9MN we accept all childcare vouchers and are registered with most of the named childcare voucher agencies. If your employer uses an agency we are not registered with, we are happy to provide details in order to register, prior to your child starting.
Although fees are payable on the 1st of every month in advance, we give all parents until the 5th of the month for funds to clear the nursery account. We reserve the right to exclude children from the nursery until fees have been paid.
Any parent arriving later than 6pm will be charged £5 up to 6.05pm and £5 for every 5 minutes thereafter. The late book will be signed by the parent as well as the member of staff present. Payment goes directly to the member of staff who has stayed behind to care for your child as Practitioners work a long day and we respect that they have personal commitments to attend to after their shift ends at 6pm.
NOTE: We have the right to refuse entry to a child if fees are continuously late or remain unpaid.
